- What is WT-LORD??

years or so ago, Seth Able Robinson wrote a BBS game for the Amiga, a game
called Legend of the Red Dragon (aka 'LORD'). LORD enabled people on BBSes the
ability to interact in an exciting environment and stimulate competition (and
Violet, too! :). The game's simplicity mixed with it's highly competitive
gameplay has made it a favorite among BBS gamers around the world.
Back in the Spring of 1996, we (IceRage Technologies) began to write a
version of LORD for Wildcat 5. After a few months of living a secluded
chip-and-soda sustained lifestyle, WT-LORD was finished and released into the
world.

Are There New Features??
But of course! The following is a list of changes and enhancements that were
present in our debut release of WT-LORD:
Multiple Player Simultaneous Chat in the Red
Dragon Inn Players must challenge other Players for Online
Duels Online Duels can be watched from the Red Dragon Inn
Sysop Configurable Tournament Mode! Olivia's Forest
Event has been retired (as per Seth's request)
And these are A FEW of the features that have been added since our first
release:
Added a bit of sexual equality to the Death
Knight training event :) Built-In Monster Editor Built-In
Conversation Wall Editors Customizable Weapons and Armour
Customizable ANSI Screens Difficulty Levels, Ranging
from Beginner to AGAINST ALL ODDS Added Extra Security Feature
to the Configuration HORSEY EVENT - Ability to steal horses
from beaten opponents
And of course WT-LORD still supports IGMs, but they have to be written in
wcCODE. Sorry, we cannot use the older IGMs from DOS LORD - compatability and
all that FUN stuff, you know :) We also have a list of IGMs for WT-LORD

What If I Want To Register?
To register WT-LORD, select one of the options below..
-Full
Registration : $50.00 US
-Two Node Registration (only allows 2
people in at once): $Free$
When you do register, be sure to have your Wildcat ID (##-####) ready. After
you receive your registration code, just go to the Sysop Configuration, enter
the code, and viola! Your copy of WT-LORD will be registered and all the
annoying limitations and such will be removed.
